Luxury Condos

Condo living is different from living in a single family house. You'll be much closer contact with others who own condos close to yours in the complex. This means you should take a little time to learn something.

You'll want to find out who your neighbors are. Are they more or less in the same age group as you? Are they half your age and likely to be coming and going at all hours of the night? If they are in your same age group you might have the opportunity to make some great new friends. Try to meet some of them before you buy and ask them about the complex. Are they happy there? Are they satisfied with the condo association? Chances are folks living there will tell you more about the place than the sales agent or the condo association representative.
